Stormwater pollution needs solutions in Santa Monica
Santa Monica is at the vanguard of the stormwater mitigation movement. Unfortunately, it’s also at the forefront of the stormwater pollution problem with the Pico-Kenter storm drain. Pollution generated in Santa Monica represents only a fraction of the toxins washed into the ocean through the stormdrain system that channels runoff from thousands of miles inland.
