One Clean Water Act Rule for Everyone
The Federal Clean Water Act had legal challenges with regulation during the Obama Administration in that some states followed new regulations while other states followed old regulations. After a decision made in the South Carolina District Court, a resolution seems less likely in an overall federal regulation. The EPA is striving to make another attempt to do what the Obama and Trump Administrations failed to
do. Currently, the Trump Administration’s Clean Water Act regulations are the current law but the Biden Administration’s EPA states that it is causing serious ecological harm and ought to be replaced.
