Boatyard pays $127K fine for Stormwater Pollution

If we learn anything from this, it's that you MUST manage your stormwater. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires you to have a SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan). A SWPPP will not only identify all the activities and conditions that could cause pollution, but it also lists the steps your facility will take to prevent pollution.

This is what we do, we can manage your SWPPP. Read more about this boatyard in Sand Island State Park HERE.
