SWPPP SERVICES
swppp Preparation

This task includes the preparation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan that will include all necessary information to comply with the Construction General Permit and the appropriate regional and local requirements. The project risk assessment will be calculated using the most current method available. The Notice of Intent will be completed as part of this task.

Erosion and Sediment Control PLAN PREPARATION 

This task includes the preparation of an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan that will include all necessary information to comply with the Construction General Permit and the appropriate regional and local requirements. 

 

SWPPP Inspection Services 

Weekly inspections of site compliance will be performed to satisfy permit requirements of QSP certification. Storm event inspections will be performed to satisfy permit requirements within 48 hours prior to a forecasted event, every 24 hours during extended events, and within 48 hours of a qualifying event. Inspections will include a review of BMPs installed and recommendations to improve erosion and sediment control and material and waste management for the site. Discharge locations will be observed for authorized/unauthorized discharges. Inspections will be scheduled with construction staff and will include a review of BMPs installed and recommendations to improve erosion and sediment control and material and waste management for the site. As part of this task, corrective actions will be tracked and SWPPP maps will be updated as needed. SWPPP training slides will be provided to include in the project WEAP at the first inspection. Quarterly inspections will be conducted weekly once each quarter for the duration of the project. 

 

Rain Event Action Plan (REAP)

Provide a Rain Event Action Plan that will include all necessary information to comply with the Construction General Permit and the appropriate regional and local requirements for any qualifying rain event as required for Risk Level 2 and 3 projects. 

 

QSD Audits

Provide site audits performed by a Qualified SWPPP Developer to evaluate project compliance as required by permit documents.  Inspections will be scheduled with staff and will include a review of BMPs installed and recommendations to improve erosion control for the site.  As part of this task, the QSD will review field documents. 

 

Annual Report 

Prepare and submit for LRP certification annual report as required by the permit prior to September 1st of each calendar year and prior to submittal of NOT.  

 

not preparation  

Prepare and submit the final Notice of Termination (NOT) as required by the SWPPP.  This task includes the submittal of required materials to the State. 

 

miscellaneous assistance

Provide answers to questions, assistance in final stabilization determination, and review field drawings and issues as required.  These services are separate from the tasks listed above. Miscellaneous assistance will be billed on a time and materials basis.
